LaCroix Apartments

I have stayed in La Cruz many times and by far this is the best place I have stayed in. It's a 4 story building with 6 one and two bedroom apartments. The fourth floor is a lovely terrace with hammocks and a grilling area. Both charcoal and gas grills are provided. The building is very secure and clean. There is a nice pool with enough chairs and tables for everyone. My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. I really loved the decorations. The space is clean and very very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with water dispensing fridge, coffee maker blender, the works. There is a laundry room in the apartment with washer and dryer which is a life saver. AC's in every room. Huge smart TV and comfy sofa. I did home office during my stay and not once did I have an issue with the internet. Nice king size bed with plenty of pillows. Very nicely decorated full restroom with hot water always available. The hosts were very attentive and communication was always very responsive. I just can't say enough about this place. If you're in town do not hesitate to stay here.

My husband and I recently spent a month long stay here and can’t say enough good things about it. The building is a 6-Plex Apartment with three 1-Bedroom and three 2-Bedroom units. It’s in great location; a short walk to the Beach, Marina & Fish Market, the Town Square, and the very popular Sunday Market. There are many great restaurants close by, all within walking distance. Communication with the owners, Linda & Joe, was great. They responded very quickly to our inquiry and were extremely helpful and accommodating in coordinating our stay.We stayed in a 1-Bedroom Ground Floor unit with direct access to the Pool. The area is kept very clean and has plenty of patio furnishings for everyone. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-appointed. Furnishings are modern & comfortable and it is tastefully decorated throughout. A fully equipped kitchen also boasts plenty of extra cabinet space for your groceries, etc. The bathroom is small but has a ton of storage space and a great walk-in shower. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed and also has ample closet & storage space. This particular unit is not currently equipped with a washer/dryer but it is set-up for easy future installation. (There are plenty of Laundromats very close by which are very reasonably priced so that was not a problem for us at all.) Wi-Fi Service is secure, fast and reliable.The building has a fantastic roof top deck area with amazing views of the marina and the mountains. The space up there is huge! It’s kept immaculately clean and is equipped with plenty of comfortable furnishings for everyone to enjoy. There is both a Gas & Briquette BBQ for guests to use, complete with sink/prep area including dishes and cutlery etc. A wonderful afternoon breeze makes it a great place to enjoy a sunny day with a beverage or two or a quiet evening under the stars.We enjoyed our stay at La Croix Apartments very much, our only complaint…we left to come home to the snow too soon. Thank you Linda, Joe and family for a great vacation; we can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the new modern decor and the pool was a highlight. The owners were wonderful to work with, great communication!!

I have stayed in La Cruz on several occasions and this is by far the very best!!!Modern, clean, nicely appointed interiors, 'hot' water on demand, lovely pool area and a bonus rooftop for sunning and bbq.This owner's family are unobtrusive but present and attend to any of renters' concerns expeditiously!A great value in both high and low season and a short walk to the harbor and sandy beach!!

We stayed at LaCroix for a month. It was the first time we had booked something privately, and was relieved to find the unit matched the description and the level of cleanliness the photos suggested. It was simple but just what we were looking for. The roof top shared area was great, we used it on many evenings to BBQ. The owners Linda and Joe were very quick to respond with any questions we posed. The pool area was nice and quiet for enjoying some reading and well earned R&R! We recommend LaCroix and would definitley consider staying here again.
