I bought my first gun here and I have to say the hospitality is great and the work ethic of the workers there is solid. They always have knowledge and help customers out with their needs. I bought my first Glock19 Gen5 and I gotta say I’m impressed, they give discounts on military, law enforcement or security and they have good deals on everything.

It seem okay..however if you're not familiar with firearms dnt recommend....they dnt seem very attentive u ask questions, and they are short and quick to answer...seem like they are inpatient or no people person...they will not explain or show u ways to use a firarm...not a got vib.....sorry bad vibs there...but over nice firearms ..fair service.

Needed to swap my P320x- compact! They offered me 360. Less than 400 rounds have been discharged. They had a 365x for 540. I’m just saying how do expect retired veterans such as myself to respect an establishment who claims they give out deals to vets. And the price of the 365 was for military and police they were selling. It appreciate how you looked out for me giving me pawn shop prices

Went there in the 90's when I got out of the military to ask about purchasing a rifle similar to what my father carried in Korea. The staff was very condescending and acted as though I couldn't afford the purchase.Hadn't gone back for almost 20 yrs and went looking to purchase a rifle and any questions I asked seemed to annoy them.So, if you're not an expert in firearms, don't ask any questions.

This is the best place to buy a firearm in El Paso! The selection was vast, with many rare firearms that are just fun to look at and so many others to choose from. The employees are very nice and willing to answer many questions as well as pull as many guns out as it takes to make a decision! The store is clean, well lit, and well stocked with so many other products. They were also very fair with the prices, they really want to just help you leave with the gun you want! This place is great - my experience with the employees was the best part - 10/10 recommend!
