Date booked: Jan 2023Sched: Apr 14-17 2023GroupWe booked this place through Agoda and considering that we make the booking almost 4 months in advance, we were told that the place is already full. I was able to speak to the manager and he told me the “Agoda” messed up our booking so they didn’t see ours. Accommodation was given to those who booked later than us. What a mess!Agoda reassured that my booking is confirmed and reconfirming with the transient is not required. But I still texted the place the Sunday before our schedule to confirm our booking, but I got no response. And the manager still have the guts to remark that I should have confirmed it earlier. Like it was our fault for not doing what should have been part of their due diligence as a business owner.The staffs showed no remorse for what happened and no empathy for their customers. No accountability as well to initiate in helping out. The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional.Poor management. Poor customer service. Noteworthy to mention as well that the neighborhood and vicinity seemed a bit shady and that the location is quite far from major places in the area.Don’t consider staying here. I should have trusted the reviews. Just look at how they take criticism, a huge RED FLAG!

Room to small, no refrigerator, far from the city not recommend to no body

Not valid for foreigner..dark like a prison, but cheep and smell mouldy...in the groundflor

It's a decent place for the price.Clean, Quiet and all you need are there from fridge to clean drinking water.Most of all the ate host she always have this lovely smile it's so contagious(good Aura makes me smile inside)thank u ate.

Fair enough for the price paid. The only cons is toilet is country side style, you have to use a bowl then fill it up to flush.

We booked on Booking a night in a 4 people room, but when we got there they told us it was already fully booked. They offered us a 2 person room with 2 mattresses on the floor, but same price. The room was already quite small for 2 and the mattresses hardly fitted on the floor, needless to say how uncomfortable it was. The secretary spoke poor English and wasn't very keen on helping us with the problem either, she just kept repeating that we could have this 2 person room option. The sorroundings are also bad and don't seem too safe, and with a bad accessibility, not even tricycles drive all the way up the road, they just drop you off about 100 metres from the entrance. There is nothing to do in the area, the closest is a casino about half an hour walk.

Killed 7 mosquitoes through the night but they kept coming from somewhere. Room 1.
