Worst shipping Company in the world. I have had to use them 3 times from different online companies including amazon. After waiting 3 weeks to a month for delivery , items were returned undeliverable. No one tries to contact me to make the delivery, I just get an email saying to update the address. After updating and sending a link to google maps they still claim the address is incorrect. Other companies like DHL can deliver to the address without problem.

Muy mal servicio, tenia que ir yo misma a Versalles a otra empresa a recoger mi paquete! No son responsables…y no entregan a tiempo, online siempre cambian la fecha de entrega y al final uno tiene que ir por su propia cuenta a recoger el paquete! La verdad que muy mal servicio.

I called them because the driver couldn’t find the entrance to the building to deliver the package. They told me to call UPS customer service, but then UPS customer service told me to call the local UPS office, but the local office (this one) claims that they can’t provide any customer service, so I need to call the general number. At this point that package is in their hands and I don’t know how to retrieve it.

Literally the worst. Most frustrating customer experience you can imagine.. don't even think about having this place. Hold a package for you for pick up. They lied about whether they would accept package from Amazon the week before and refused my package when it arrived so it got sent back even though I was ready to pick it up the moment it arrived and changed my travel plans just to get this package..

Once again I needed to ship a package to the United States and I of course picked UPS. I found the staff there to be courteous and very helpful..UPS can certainly be proud of the exceptional employees they put up front as their customer service representatives. Don’t hesitate to use their service

Para los usuarios que estamos en bahía de banderas, las entregas solo son una vez por semana y no tienen un dia fijo para realizarlo, y los envíos de hecho los envíos los realiza Grupo ampm en Versalles, ya había tardado mucho y tube que ir hasta la bodega a recoger mi paquete.

This place can be a real win or a real bust depending on who is working . My first visit was worth 1 star, the guy was so difficult. Today the woman was AMAZING! She gets 5 stars, so lets settle on 3 stars overall.
