Kayuni Vallarta | Holistic Center

Having been in the medical field myself for 30+ years, I am very picky about who I see for my own treatments. After many trials with different massage therapists here in Puerto Vallarta, I finally found Karina at Kayuni Holistic Center who is probably one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. She listens, knows the body, reads your body and treats accordingly. I have received huge relief from existing shoulder and knee problems from her. If I could, I’d give her 5 stars times 5.

Karina is one the best massage therapists I’ve been to. I receive massages regularly; and go to her twice a week. She has great, strong hands and is very skilled at her job. Also does cupping and other procedures if needed. That’s always a bonus! Definitely recommend seeing her.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage and cupping session at Kayuni, and it was truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space is calming and serene, with soft music playing in the background and a lovely aroma from essential oils filling the air.I highly recommend the massage and cupping session. Her touch is gentle yet firm, and she targeted all of my problem areas with precision and care. I especially appreciated the use of cupping, which helped to release tension and promote circulation in a way that traditional massage alone cannot.Overall, I cannot recommend Kayuni massage enough, and I am so grateful to have found this place. I’ll be going to my third appointment this week!

I had a lovely ayurvedic massage from the gifted therapist. I was very lucky there wasa cancellation and she contacted me to ask if i wanted the spot. We are talked a little about what was going on with me and she suggested ayurvedic for rhe combination of emotional and physical issues. Perfect!

Vine a Puerto Vallarta como nuevo residente y me estaba recuperando de un accidente y un latigazo que me dejó con un dolor considerable en el cuello, los hombros y la espalda. My American chiropractor worked on it for a month, 3 sessions a week, with no positive results. I met the people at Kayuni and after the initial session I was moving my neck and had substantial pain relief in my back. After two weeks I was much more healed, with no pain and substantial flexibility restored, compared to my American chiropractor's negligible results. Kuyani took the time to understand my pain and did the necessary work with different modalities to correct my issues. I am very happy and excited to recommend Kuyani to you or anyone looking for professional help for pain, muscle strains or even a calm professional massage. Karina’s multi-modality approach to a sports massage was exactly what I was looking for. She used strong, deep pressure to work out tension and complimented fascia release with cupping. She also instructed me on maintenance stretches to do at home. I was able to book online easily and chat via WhatsApp about my issues. Highly recommended!

I don't typically write reviews, but Karina was exceptional. Not only is she one of the kindest and most sincere people you will meet, she gave the very best deep tissue massage I've ever had in my life! I had a few in PV before and none of them come close. Can't wait to return the next time I visit PV. Thanks Karina!!P.s. if you're training a the Big Apple gym, members got a discount while I was there.

Incredible experience. A very premium experience at a slightly premium price — it worth it. I felt incredible after and feel that a year of intense stress was melted away. Recommend 90 minutes for anyone :)
