Great service, could not recommend enough! Locked my keys inside my car left them on the dash, called them and they arrived to my location in a reasonable time. Not only did they come to me in such a great time, they were pleasant and extremely affordable (can’t stress this enough) If I’m ever in Laredo and happen to be in the same situation, I wouldn’t think twice about calling them. Amazing service. We had a bedroom door locked. Called him at 9pm on a Monday night. He was here by 9:15 and finished by 9:20. We were very happy with the service fee being reasonable prices at $60. Thank you !

I was in need of a spare key for my car. They were able to accommodate my request and provided me with a new key fob. When an issue arose where my original key fob lost its programming after receiving the new key, they were quick to fix the issue and now I have two functioning keys. Thank you for the professionalism I handling the problem.

I just had a key replacement today and he came to where I was located. He did a great job and was pretty fast. I’m very happy with the work, quality, and the time it took to replace. I recommend this business to anyone needing a key!

I'm a General Contractor and scheduled for the next day's service (Indoor Lock replacement); the technician agreed with my time and day (between 1 pm-2 pm). He didn't show up at the job site and got offended by my call requesting information about when he would be available. He told me that I put pressure on them, and he doesn't work like that better to cancel a job if I was going to be waiting and in a bad mood. Quite arrogant.He explained that he got more extra work at the same service, which I understand, I replied that he could call me to change the appointment time, and he got pretty offended. This is the second time failed me.The first time he confirmed to cut and program a Sequoia 2005 key, and after three times in 3 different days, he couldn't program the key. Waste my time. I paid even if he insisted on returning the money and swearing to do a better job in the future, which is clear; he is just unprofessional. Need better customer service.
