The Treehouse yoga

Such an amazing way to start your day on the island. I went twice during my week on the island and both times I left feeling relaxed and refreshed at the same time! Cannot wait to come back !!

Beautiful yoga class in the treehouse. I’ve been going for several years on our visits to Isla. The instructor was great and went at a pace that all could keep up with. Relaxing, refreshing! The views are unbeatable. The price is $10pp US. Get there early to make sure you have a spot-it will sell out.

One of the most beautiful and healing experiences of my life! Wonderful space, Stacey was an excellent teacher and guide. Seriously peaceful and grounding experience. We went for the sunset 6pm class which was so gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

Great class in a gorgeous spot. Instructor flexes to your style providing assistance/feedback or leaves you alone if you just are there for the vibes > figuring out how to tripod. In fall of '22 the cost was $10/person for a flow class.Location: I found great location instructions on their Facebook page, but essentially head to the counter once the gate to the restaurant is open to pay; then head over to the fort :) Keep your receipt to show the instructor.Supplies: I guess you could bring your own but the mats are supplied.Things to consider: Instructor may take photos without permission. We saw ourselves on an Instagram story after our class, which I wasn't super stoked about - so if you don't want your photo taken, you may want to ask before class.
