This shop has beautiful unique pieces! The owner Amber personally helped me and my husband pick out wedding bands and sized mine for me. She didn't pressure us or push us into buying quite the opposite. I really enjoyed my experience and I left the store feeling happy with my purchase.

Sehr schöner Schmuck, und extrem viel Auswahl. Auch die Verkäufer sind sehr freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit. Wirkt professionell und mein Armband wurde vor dem Bezahlen auch extra noch einmal gereinigt.

Do not buy jewellery from here!!! My partner bought be an engagement ring and proposed last month. Since wearing it the gold has discoloured and the emerald had fallen out!! He spend $1,500 on this ring and no one will take accountability for what has happened. They won't respond to messages or pay towards helping me get it fixed in the UK, they just said ive been wearing it wrong"Do not shop here for expensive jewellery. The jewellers in UK said the quality is TERRIBLE! Poor service and what a waste of money!!!"

Daughter is extremely upset after loosing the gem to her engagement ring. The gold was gold plated and was told it wouldn't discolour at all, shes only been wearing it a few weeks and spent over 1000. Staff won't take any responsibility for faulty item.

I had visited the shop while in Tulum and had a great experience with the woman working the counter that day. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to allow me to try on multiple items because I was very conflicted on which to buy. I left with a stunning Labradorite ring for myself, and gifts for family.Yet when I came back to the states I could not stop thinking about the beautiful Moldavite ring in their store. After reaching out to the shop, I was quickly responded to, sent pictures of the rings I wanted to see, and even sent a tracking number for my item. It arrived to the U.S within a week and I have never been happier!10/10 I highly recommend The Amber Boutique!

My friend and I both purchased several pieces from this shop. The pieces are unique and beautiful! The quality is excellent! The shop owner was kind and helpful, allowing us to try on everything before we purchased it, making good suggestions, and never pushing us to buy. She understood each of our different tastes and was very good at finding us each the right pieces we would be the happiest with. Our time in the shop talking about the local area and selecting our pieces was an outstanding experience overall. The shop also cleaned our earrings and rings that we wore in while we looked around, removing the sunblock etc that was building up. We will definitely return!
