Phenomenal food and service. Chef was so friendly and shared stories of his food and inspiration. We loved learning from him and enjoyed every bite. We had plenty of food for our group of 14. We even had some left overs that kept well for the next day. Can’t go wrong with this choice!

Una de las mejores comidas que he tenido en Nayarit. está dirigido por una joven pareja mexicana fuera de su casa, solo almuerzo de lunes a viernes. Todo es fresco, saludable, hecho con amor y delicioso. Este es un lugar muy especial.

My husband and I have been getting lunches delivered from the AYU team for weeks and love it. As non vegans I was a little worried I would feel my meal is missing something without meat but every meal is delicious, feeling and leaves me feel great.I have also had the privilege of attending events at AYU and they are always unique and informative.

Purchased lunches for me and my partner for two weeks while we remote-worked from Sayulita. The food was PHENOMENAL. Each meal had three delicious parts and the flavors varied throughout the week. They graciously accommodated my annoying food intolerances and delivered right to the co-working space - which was awesome. I have intense IBS, so knowing I always had a safe food option that wouldn't destroy me was priceless.
