We have been going to Pancho's every year for 12 years now. Every time has been been so much fun seeing and talking with Pancho & Frankie. Wide eyed and friendly the experience shopping jewelry is the same every time...FANTASTIC. And the selection of locally made silvery is phenomenal, whether its for the lady or a man...real quality. We stop in there and get the royal treatment...like family !!

Pancho (aka Frank, aka Francisco) and his staff were super accommodating! Fun, funny, and friendly! We ended up visiting his store multiple times. Beautiful jewelry and other items at great prices. Pancho is also full of information about things to do and where to go in the area. Highly recommended.

The absolute best place in Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa for all of your silver/jewelry needs. Fantastic selection, unique pieces and fair prices. I have been fortunate to shop at Poncho's for approximately 15 years. Frank Mendoza is the store's silver and gem expert and their special salesperson. Frank knows his stuff and makes you feel very comfortable in his no pressure approach. I am blessed to know Frank for the past 28 years and fondly refer to him as my Brother! We have followed him from some of his previous stores as he is the best!! Poncho's Silver is a must! You will not be disappointed.

I've been coming to Zihuatanejo For 30 years. My mother much longer. This was her favorite store and she introduced me introduced me to this wonderful place. I visit the town probably 4 times a year bringing different people.. All of them shop here and are so happy with the jewelry that they get Francisco is the best he is so kind and funny and shows you every piece he thinks you'll enjoy. You can take your time and look at anything you want And try it on. I bought multiple different pieces from here as gifts and everyone has been so happy it's quality fine jewelry.

If you are ever in need of some fine jewelry, unique pieces or just some casual conversation about places to see Fransisco is the man. Im glad we met him like so many others have through word of mouth.I look forward to seeing him again when that time comes he is just that great of a person.Stop by and see him you never know you might find that Tortuga with opals like I found on my last day in Zihuatenjo.
