Palmarena by Nah hotels

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente tienes todo a la mano, está relativamente cerca de la playa, el trato del personal fue excelente, no se escuchan ruidos por la noche, el depa tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente.Regresaremos sin duda!

Hotel ubicado estrategicamente a 4 cuadras de la 5th avenida (zona comercial), restaurantes cerca a las instalaciones, muy buen estado y limpieza de las habitaciones (mini cocina, nevera, lavadora y secadora). La atención por parte de los encargados del hotel fue muy satisfactoria (Karen, Pablo, Roberto y Artemio). Super recomendado para disfrutar tus vacaciones en Playa del Carmen.

Totalmente recomendable!Excelente ubicación. Próximo a 5ta avenida y terminal de ferrys hacia Cozumel.El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades. Piscina y gimnasio muy disfrutables. Volveré sin dudarlo

I couldn't be happier here and would come back in a heartbeat. Check-in took 2 minutes. Secure building with a code. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. All my appliances work and that's even while navigating my nonexistent Spanish to figure out settings thru a translation app. Clean rooms. Staff always waves back and smiles and opens doors for u. They cleaned my room better than some chain hotels I've stayed in. Not a spot on sheets, et cetera. Can't believe the price for this place. Huge TV. Reliable WIFI. I'd move here if I could!

My fiancé and I have been travelling to Playa del Carmen for many years, but this is the first year we made the choice to live here. We did a lot of research to find a good location and a newer condo. The Palmarena by Nah Hotels was the perfect fit. We've been here for 5 months now and the staff and service of the building have been fantastic.The location is great. We're a 6 min walk to 5th Avenue (popular shopping and restaurants) and a 7min walk to the beach. You also have Wal-Mart and Chedraui (a great super store) only a 5 min walk from the condo. There are fresh food markets only minutes away as well.There have been a couple things to fix in the condo but the maintenance staff has been there the same day to fix it.There is 24 hour security and the building is in a very safe neighbourhood. My fiance and I walk everywhere. There is also underground parking as well.If you're staying on the south east side of the building (which we are) the music can get loud on 30th avenue.We've enjoyed our stay here and we don't have enough good things to say about the building. We've become a small family with the building managers security and maintenance staff. We would strongly recommend this building to anyone who is passing though Playa del Carmen or looking to stay long term.

Hace más de una mes tuve que hacer una cancelación de mi reserva por motivos de fuerza mayor y a la fecha siguen sin reembolsar mi dinero de seña, pido algún comprobante de que hayan emitido el reembolso (confiando en que sea un problema de mi banco y no de PALMANERA) y ni siquiera responden. No depositaría mi confianza en personas con este tipo de manejos

Hubiera sido una agradable experiencia y un lugar recomendable, sino hubiera sido porque me robaron 300dolares que estaban dentro de la caja fuerte. Me di cuenta el día que hice el check-out camino a holbox y al enviar un whatsapp al nro de contacto me mandaron un video mostrándome cómo abrían la caja fuerte la cual ya no tenía nada. Decepcionante

Me encantó! Las habitaciones están muy equipadas en relación con otros hoteles por el mismo precio, con alberca privada y todas las comodidades, lleno de tecnología, la atención de primer nivel! Visitare los otros hoteles que tienen en servicio! Sin duda volveré!
