Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, pero hay un karaoke vecino que no deja de sonar antes de las 2am, excelente si vas de fiesta, pero si no lo sufrirás

Arenis is beautiful. Great location, beautiful lobby.Concierge is amazing, everyone was ver nice and helpful.The only reason why I chose 4 starts instead of 5 is because the day we were heading back to the airport to catch our flight, the power of the whole building went out, while my husband and me got stuck in the elevator between 2 floors, we were stuck there for 50 minutes without oxygen, sweating, it was a nightmare. Since the power was out they couldn’t open the garage for us to take our rental car and return it to the agency, oh my god it was a nightmare. Thank God the concierge was still trying to help us by lifting the garage curtain manually, it was taking over 20 minutes so the neighbour share power to us and we could finally take the car out. We almost missed our flight but we made it. So just a heads up things like this could potentially happen.

We were told that the room would be ready at 3 p.m., but instead we had to wait until 5:30 p.m. only to find ourselves in a dirty, dust-filled and very poorly maintained room. We used the pool, which all in all is well put together and gives a nice view of the sea. There are no towels in the room. The bathroom is dirty. We got into bed and the sheets smelled so bad, we couldn't sleep. Parking for the car in the garage, that’s great! But otherwise a very bad place in our opinion!

Super condo with beautiful rooftop Pool. Especially with all that seagrass pollution at the beach an absulute Plus. Consierge Team is stunning. Only the noisy construction place nextdoor disturbed a bit our relaxing stay.

Beautiful condo and pool on the rooftop. Wifi worked great. There is very loud construction going on though.
