There is a difference between a Clip Board Doctor and a Black Bag Doctor. The Computer Doc is a Black Bag Doc who you can trust, understand when he talks to you and does not rip you off by charging unreasonable pricing. He is also humorous when talking/explaining computer/TV/devices related knowledge which I believe is worth the cost no matter.

Thomas the Computer Doctor responded promptly to my call for help. He ordered a new phone for me (to replace the one I left in a taxi), set up my printer and got my Bose speaker working in just over an hour. He was most personable and efficient. I highly recommend him.
