Cabo Stone

I’m a repeat customer of Cabo Stone. My latest project consisted of removing the existing kitchen granite countertops and backsplashes and replacing them with new quartzite materials. When their owner and his crew came to remove the existing granite materials, they never thought about bringing any dust protection or existing cabinet protection materials to protect my interior spaces. While taking out the existing sink countertop, they severely scratched the side of one of my stained wood kitchen cabinets. It cost me an additional $280usd to have my finish carpenter repair and re-stain this cabinet. When they came the next day to install the new quartzite materials, they came without any dust protection for their saw cut and grinding work bench areas. Luckily, I had HD tarps and plastic sheathing available to cover-up these work areas before they started their work. The workmanship with the cut out of the kitchen sink looks terrible and they acknowledge this issue but have failed to try and fix the issues. They were supposed to come back the next day and repair the sink cutout and install a liquid sealer to all the quartzite materials. It has now been 10 days since they installed the quartzite and they have yet to come back out and repair the sink cutout. I decided to install the liquid sealer myself.
