Sport Muscle Activation (S.M.A.)

Comencé fisioterapia con Mario debido a complicaciones terribles con el túnel carpiano; tenía mucho dolor. He identified the root cause of the problem, treated it and taught me exercises I need to do for healing it and preventing the problem from recurring. Once I recovered from that, I asked Mario to help me with a chronic shoulder issue. Within a couple of weeks, the issue is rapidly resolving, I'm stronger than ever, and - per usual - Mario is teaching me how to prevent the issue from returning. His recommendations consider my lifestyle and daily activities so that his advice does not conflict with positive work I'm already doing in the gym, but complements that work.
