Charlene Ramos helped us with Grand Solmar Vacation Club when they flat refused to cancel our contract without keeping our deposit when we purchased a timeshare with them. Charlene was very honest, thorough and not only got our timeshare cancelled the very next day but also got us a full refund on our deposit!!! I would definitely recommend IICLEGAL with any legal matters you have in Mexico!!!

Charlene has helped us with several purchases and sales in San Felipe, Baja Norte and I would never consider buying or selling anything without her help! She is very knowledgeable and attentive to every situation. We encountered some issues with a few of the deals, but Charlene was able to work out all the problems. One would have been a catastrophe, had Charlene not uncovered the issue before we purchased the property! She has also helped us with trust payments and other legal dealings and always seems to be able to get things accomplished when no one else can. She is the best and I highly recommend her!
