We engaged Kurt to help us navigate a renovation of a penthouse condominium in the Riveria Maya that required approvals by the building HOA and the city. Kurt did an excellent job - listening to our design ideas and then incorporating feedback from the building HOA and the city.Kurt was able to leverage his extensive contacts to pull in a well respected local structural engineer to provide a report on the structural integrity of the building which was also instrumental in getting our plans for the extensive rooftop renovations approved.Throughout the entire process Kurt was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We now consider Kurt as the first person to call for assistance with architectural projects in the Riveria Maya!

El arquitecto Kurt, trabajó con eficiencia, conocimiento y tranquilidad. Tuvo fácil comprensión de los proyectos que le comisionamos y el resultado fue siempre más que satisfactorio. I was looking for an architect to design and manage the build of our project.We interviewed a couple architect firms here in Playa and Mexico city.....but nothing clicked for us.Immediately, when we met Kurt, we knew he was passionate about his work.We told him what we were wanting to do and he was more than willing to accommodate us. He took our ideas and put them down on paper and 3D so we could feel the real impact of our design ideas.After a few revisions he came up with the plans of our home, exactly the way we envisioned it.It has been a great process working with Kurt.
