They should get no stars at all. Their staff will break patient confidentiality laws and will report you to the police if they find out you attempted abortion. Don't go there. This hospital needs to fire those who snitched or be shut down.

Coming from already working in the medical field and continuing studies it’s sad to see after so many years that still nothing has changed, regarding their manners and what not. Some receptionists are just too rude and they don’t even try to hide it one bit. As well as some nurses, they don’t show not one quality of empathy, compassion nor respect. Receptionists and any other profession here, regardless of what the situation is they should always try their best and go above and beyond to help the patient. Whether it be regarding papers or not. Isn’t what the medical field all about, to help and give our upmost respect to every patient and just try to get them the help they need! So embarrassing and disappointing!

The level of incompetence at this hospital is mind-boggling. I have a workers compensation bill that they haven’t been able to figure out for over a year!Avoid this place at all costs, I would rate zero stars if possible.

A hospital is an institution for learning, it is governed by professional representatives who must follow rules & procedures in a formal manner when delivering care to sick or injured people. Sad excuse for an emergency room I guess they expect you to set an appointment so they can see you and on top very rude go to mission hospital they are great people that care.for a hospital and keeps the front gate locked till someone shows up to unlock it very sad and on top of it all the front door is also locked people just waiting to go inside they need a better administration since the ones there can't do a job

Horrible trato de parte del doctor de emergencia, te hace sentir que estas ahi por gusto. Super prepotente, se le notaba que no le gusta su profesión ni lidiar con personas. Pobres pacientes y enfermeros que tienen que lidiar con el.

My mother had a recent hospital stay at SCMH, I was incredibly impressed with the care she received from the staff. From the moment she arrived she felt welcomed and cared for. RN Jose and Alyssa were VERY attentive .

Es la persona en el departamento de Respiratory no respeta las citas a como las pone y es muy irrespetuoso con sus clientes.
