Hotel Gran Misiones Queretaro

Theft!!Stayed for seven nights, last day while packing we noticed a bag of items purchased in Mexico valued to approx $100 was missing. When we complained to management they basically took the room service staff’s word. No one took responsibility for the items missing. During our stay, sleeping was hard because they allow commerce inside near the lobby so all you can hear is the vendors and the costumers coming in and out. The noise echos through out the hotel. The TV in our room did not work, the electric outlets in the bathroom are not useable, they set the sealing fans to small speed so you can’t change the speed if you’re hot in your room, one of the amenities is coffee but, every morning they were either missing cups, creamer or coffee was not ready so we had to walk to the nearby store to buy coffee every morning. In the mornings, it was impossible to rest because the noises coming from the staff cleaning or moving stuff was too loud. The shower in the bathroom provided little drops of water making it impossible to shower comfortably. Will not recommend nor we would stay at this hotel ever again.
