This is not a legitimate company. I scheduled this tour and arrived to find a gated dock where I was not allowed into. Nobody else was there and I was told that there are no jet ski tours. I reached out to get a refund and the email on the website bounced back. Working with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I would agree with Casey not a legitimate company!! My tour before was running late but when I tried to find the location point they were not there and then I even triedTo find out where the company was located which I could not find as well only by telephone they were rude and not helpfulAt all. I had Spanish speaking peopleWith me as well and still they were not helpfulI just wanted at least get half of my 800 dollars. I went on several tours dolphins tour release the baby turtle food tour at volcanic springs horse back riding tour a craft tour zip linging tour and no one treating me with un kindness besides this company. Please do not book I hate to leave bad reviews but they will take your money not easy to find and if your late ⏰ you will never find them. I even said ok just keep half but the took the full 800 dollars. Most company will call you and see if your on your way there nope they did not at all so i could at least explain why we were late. I’m a very punctual person and he said I can’t help if You of woke up drunk from the night before however that’s not true we are a family of 5 from the years of 12 to 65 years old. We do not drink or party. since they did not take us out at all or reschedule very difficult with the hours they have and said it was peak season in the end of July which is not true i added a photo so u can see we are a family not some one who parties we are fair and understand. But we only askedHalf the money and still did not get Do Not Book Please
