System has always been down everything I went couldn't even get a BOGO preztal on auntie annes day I once even ordered an auntoe annes preztal through the app and luckily we got it with some trouble but anything other than the system it's perfect 10/10 taste 9/10 drinks 0/10 system

About 3 weeks ago I ordered on-line and went to pickup my pretzels and drinks as scheduled. Upon arriving, they were closed. Appears as they never did open that day. Of course I was charged for the food items I never received. I was instructed to send in my order number and proof from my bank that I was charged for the items. I did. Of course, I still have not received my money. Great scam!

The pretzels are very good. I love how they're handmade and the flavored lemonade are even better. I would definitely go again
