Sea Kayak Adventures

This was my first trip with SKA and first visit to La Paz, Mexico. I loved the beautiful campsites, the delectable food, the paddling, snorkelling, and hiking. It was superbly guided and extremely well organized. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Edgar and Lino were the best guides. We had a blast snorkeling, kayaking and hiking. It was beautiful and great fun. I highly recommend adding on the whale shark day trip.

Incredibly knowledgeable, caring and fun guides who made me feel safe on my first adventure! Great food too. Also the “office crew” took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that as a solo traveller I was with a group that I would be comfortable with. Just an all around excellent time. You should go!

Once again, thrilled with our third trip around Carmen Island. The sea, the land, and the different guides' interests and approaches make each trip unique. Was this one better than the Loreto to La Paz trip which we've also done 3 times? Are signing up for a fourth time to check it out and create more experiences on what will be our tenth ROW Baja trip!

ROW Adventures truly went out of their way to ensure our just-emerging-from-COVID Baja trip happened. And how thankful we are that they did. It was a fabulous trip with wonderful guides who provided us fresh fish at every meal.What an idyllic setting for a grand adventure and at a great value too!

These trips are the greatest. I have gone on three and all have been so very awesome. The guides are well versed in sea kayaking and are available to all your needs. I wanted for nothing. They answered every question, were professional, and so friendly and accommodating. The food and company was tremendous. We ate fresh caught sea bass, roster fish shashimi, and traditional Mexican fish stew. We went hiking with our guides who are all well versed in the ecology of the region. One has a masters in biology. All of them love what they are doing. We saw a few people but it was as if we were the only ones there. The stars are mesmerizing and the sunsets could not be captured on film. I have done the Spiritu Santo trip, Loreto to La Paz and Magdalena bay trips. I am thinking of getting a season pass for next year. Thank you ROW for a tremendously memorable experience which will stay with me forever. I am 64 years old and had no issues with the trip. DT

Went with Neza and Carlos to swim with whale sharks. I did not know what to expect and was a little nervous. Neza’s explanations and guidance and Carlos’ expert boat handling put me at ease. In the water I could not always see where the WSs were and Neza got me to them quickly so that I had an amazing encounter with at least 3 of them. It was a very emotional experience. So big an animal and me being so close. I’m grateful for what these two men did to provide this experience for me. ¡Muchas gracias, Carlos y Neza!

Great trps, amazing guides

We had such a great trip even though it wasn’t the trip we signed up for. When weather made plan A impossible, I felt grateful the guides had a wonderful plan B ready to go. We were well taken care of and definitely well fed. Thank you Ruben, Guillermo. Diana and Tico.

Just finished a Sea Kayak Adventure in early March 2023 to Isla Espíritu, La Paz. I can’t say enough good things about the company and crew. From the on land briefing Sunday night to Friday nights dinner, Guillermo, Tico and Tannia did their utmost to provide a safe, informative and exciting adventure. Each of them had a seasoned understanding of the environment, and we learned much about the sea, life, surrounding area and culture. The food was fabulous. Ceviche from fresh, caught fish, chicken mole, cake every night made on premises! We kayaked to amazing remote beaches, hiked to great views, snorkeled, and swim with the sea lions. I would return for a trip like this in a heartbeat, and join the crew for another adventure!
