Sayulita Golf car

SGC provided excellent customer service. They picked up the golf cart for us so we didn’t have to return it before our flight home. Staff was friendly and They were clear and upfront about pricing. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience with SGC. They conveniently dropped off the golf cart to our place, sent us recommendations of places to go in Sayulita, allowed us to park at their office anytime we wanted to walk around downtown Sayulita and charged the golf cart for us, and were extremely helpful and communicative. They also picked up the golf cart the morning we left for the airport so we didn’t have to worry about anything. I will use them every time we go to Sayulita which will hopefully be a regular destination!

Great customer service.The cart was great and the customer service was super responsive.I was staying at a condo and I went down at 9 pm at night to grab a bite.Someone that I didn’t know had move my cart and it wasn’t starting.I reached out to customer service and over the phone they were able to tell me what the issue was and how to get the cart started again.The person who moved it switched something off in the motor.I was so impressed that they responded at night and they were able to help me right away.They also were going to come to whew I was if we could r figure it out over the phone.I had no other issues with the cart and when I dropped it off at the end of my trip I was driven back to my condo were I was staying.When I come back, I am definitely renting from here again.

This was an exceptional customer service experience! From receiving a quote for the golf cart rental to having the cart delivered to our rental place to getting all the important information about parking, etc. to having the cart picked up at the end of our vacation. Pilar was our go to contact person and she did an outstanding job! Our rental place was up a steep hill and a little removed from the center of town, so the golf cart made getting around so much quicker and also so much fun! We loved the company and would 100% recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Sayulita Golf Car!! We even asked to pick it up a day early and they got it washed up and ready for us within about a half an hour. We also had a VERY MINOR fender bender, (our fault) so we communicated with SGC via Whatsapp and the gentleman from SGC came right to the accident location within about 10 minutes and resolved the entire situation for us with the other guy. Excellent communication and very professional service. Would highly recommend. Thank you SGC!!! :)

From the start of our trip to end SGC was punctual and professional. They kept a line of communication open for us through whatsapp" for any needs we might have encountered through our stay. The had a free spot for us to park our cart for charging while we were in town at all times (which I recommend). True professionals

I honestly wouldn't even recommend looking into any other option. This team has been doing this the longest, pricing is competitive, carts are superior, and they're dedicated to being the best. They are amazing by all measures. All communication was conducted over What'sApp, which was very convenient and also made for very quick responses. Inti may be the hardest working person in Sayulita! We would see him all over town and still whenever we had a question he was either right on it or actually came over to help us. They brought the paperwork and carts to our rental home and picked the carts up in the same way at the end of the week. They make it so nice and easy.
