Good price (1200 pesos per day), friendly staff.The shop is open from 9 to 5, but it's not a guarantee that somebody will be there. I would text them before going there.

Ricardo and his team were amazing and extremely professional. We were really hoping to get a a car, however we didn't realise that in Mexico almost all car rental places MANDATE a credit card, not a debit card (we had no trouble with this in over 10 months of travel right across the globe). Ricardo and the team were quick to message, and were super flexible with the car pick-up location (they came and picked it up in Playa Del Carmen) and the time. The car was well looked after and there were absolutely no issues returning the car, a quick once over and they were happy and processed our hold. Thanks Ricardo for making our time in Quintana Roo that much better! Cam - Sydney, Australia
