Worst courier and they have dishonest driver. They called us and they told us they will deliver my item, so we wait that they even we are running late to come to a birthday event. Lo and behold the driver did not show up and they gave us a flase report to the delivery status failed saying they could not contact us where in the first place he called and I answered.I wonder why still one of biggest online shopping platform partnered this courier which such a dishonest service they have. Even their customer support ignore our complaints.

Did not even warrant a single star. Service is really BAD !!!!!! Sat on my package for 5 days. Distance form my house is 10-15 min tops. Unbelievable !!! Seems like Retraining and Self Evaluations are over due !!

Inefficient, irresponsible and worst courier, specially if packages are already paid. They would just tag lost parcel and no one will even try to deliver your package. Such a scam!!!Stop doing business if you cannot deliver properly.

If there is a ZERO star, you deserved it. From NCR to Pampanga more than 5 days? My parcel has been sitting in your HUB and still no movement? Other courier services only takes 1-2 days to deliver to my address if coming from NCR. Your name doesn't live up to our expectations. Don't call yourselves FLASS EXPRESS!!!!
