Beautiful Boutique Hotel spacious suites clean and fresh with a real Mexican feel with a beautiful ocean view!! You can sit on the patio and watch the waves roll in or just listen to their calming rhythm. And the host is wonderful with an excellent service team!!

This place is Heaven on earth from location , to accommodations , to how the owner and property management take care of your every need ! I am heading back soon with my family because i know that's where i want to be . I was also fortunate to work from the house on my computer from the outdoor living room , i even got to watch hockey from down there as they supply TV. Not only could i work from the 2nd level outdoor living room but i could see my teenage kids on the beach.

Escaping the confinement frenzy in North America and finding this place was exactly what we needed!We wanted to test working remotely since that seems to be the new trend these days and the Internet connection speed was perfect for our needs. I would recommend working on the first floor and I also did a speedtest that was well over 60 mbps!We went for 2 weeks in mid January 2021 and the comfortable 24-25 degrees during the day made enjoying the sun every minute with brisky 16-18 degrees at night. The natural beach was mostly empty throughout the week with a few local visitors during the week-end. It was fun having a private beach to ourselves! The property manager Roberto speaks fluently English and Spanish and made our stay very enjoyable. Always available if anything was needed.The main villa has 3 bedrooms with King size beds each with their own private ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom on the first floor near the entrance. Very well maintained and cleaned every 2 days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook by ourselves and coffee in the morning. Groceries are to be bought separately.The casita is a separate 1 bedroom suite from the villa that includes a kitchen perfect for a couple or single person.The open space concept, the unobstructed view of the beach, beautiful sunsets, walking down the beach is only 20 seconds away from the front door. Bear in mind, it's a natural beach with very few neighbors away from all tourists.I recommend renting a car although it's just a 20 min hike to the small town of Higuera Blanca where you'll find almost everything you need there.There's no washer/dryer but a few options are possible such as the town's laundry that can do a whole batch the same day for only 5-6$.The outside of the villa has been recently painted a couple of months ago and the kitchen as well in January with a nice white cream rather than the previous green walls.We never needed to turn on the AC since it was very comfortable and the hot tub made it very enjoyable when it got a little colder in the evening. Since it was a dry season, there were very few mosquitos but a bug spray might be well needed in the summer.We were also treated to a chef's dinner on one of the nights there for less than going out to eat at any restaurant and it was very enjoyable. Again, can't beat this beach view at this price! We'll definitely come back again.Thank you!
