CAR AND SCOOTER RENTAL ' AZFER'

Really the most attentive and honest place in Mexico that we have dealt with. I asked around some places to rent a car pretty spontaneous and this rental had the best price. They didn't have a car for the day of our arrival but we only needed a scooter in the first day. Ivan made a good deal for us to rent a scooter for half day and a car for 1 and a half day. Both with full tanks. We arrived somewhat later than anticipated and after their working hours but he would wait for us and was very understanding.We received a very nice, new car! the scooter was quite nice as well. Ivan gave us very good recommendations on what to do and which cenotes to visit with different price range.The car and scooter were in very good conditions and everything was quick and professional.I can highly recommend this rental place even if it's not so Central. Only car rental place in town. Paid 1100 pesos per day all insurance included. We decided to rent on a whim and they had one for us. The car was great and the process was quick. We spent two days visiting cenotes and Ek Balam. Best way is to contact Ivan is via WhatsApp at the number listed.

We hired the car for 2 days. The car was very clean and good. The communication was perfect , answered very quick! He brought us to the bus station after we delivered the car back to him!

I rented a scooter from Iván for a day. His service is excellent, along with the pricing. He is quick to respond to any questions. I was able to easily reserve the vehicle via WhatsApp, and Iván was kind enough to suggest places we could go to as well. Would recommend 100%!

Ivan get’s our biggest recommendation when it comes to renting a scooter in Valladolid. He’s kind, serviceminded, speak perfectly good English and is very responsive.Furthermore, the scooter we rented was in a great condition and just what we needed - for a very reasonable price (the best we could find in town).We would, without hesitation, rent from him again.PS: We suggest you get the 150 cc (like the one we rented) if you want to go to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam. Makes the journey more comfortable and very do-able.

Ivan’s scooter rental shop is the best place to get your scooter/car needs during your visit in Valladolid. I had contacted him 3 weeks prior to inquire about rentals via Whatsapp and he was so fast with responses, courteous, friendly and had many recommendations for our visit here. He was so caring and made sure we felt safe and was always ready to response to any of inquiries even after hours. The transaction was very fast and very affordable. He gave us a really cute and new blue vespa which we used to visit nearby cenotes and Ek Balam. He even assisted us to refill the gas tank because we were scared of google reviews saying there were tons of tourists scams. We will definitely go back to Ivan’s for our rental needs the next time we come back to the beautiful town of Valladolid :)
