We took our fur baby here while we were in Penasco and they did such a beautiful job. Honestly she came out looking better than our groomer at home

We decided to use since they do Barb's Rescue dogs. Made an appt for our Shepard to be bathed, groomed, nails clipped and teeth brushed. Gave them the toothpaste and brush they requested. They estimated 5 hours but took over 7 hours. Not a big deal. However, toenails not trimmed nor teeth brushed. Mia, our dog, looked very good. She definitely wanted out of there and when we got back to the house, she ran right to her water dish and drank non stop, emptying the bowl. I refilled and she drank more. It truly seemed as if they hadn't given her any water. Afterwards we noticed Mia scratching one spot over and over as if there was soap still on her skin. For those reasons, although we are thankful for what they do for Barb's, we won't take Mia back there.

Ea h time I use the Canino & Felino hotel salon was a pleasure. They are caring and professional to work with. The pricing / value ratio is good . All the employees strive to serve and provide the good value. I have given their cards to several folks and will continue to recommend them.

These ladies always take the best care of my doggos. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is excellent and for 50 pesos extra they will even come pick your pet up and drop them back off after. That is what I will be doing next time.

My dog has been here twice. Each time they do a great job. We had our 3 yo poodle mix spend the day here, groomed and nails trimmed.
