I once gave it Five Stars, but unfortunately more recent experiences warrant an update. My car has been hit in this parking lot. The cashier got in a verbal altercation with me in a foreign language. He refused to speak English until I asked him to. Their rate is extremely confusing (no clear signage on their pricing) and made me feel like they overcharged me. The lot is poorly run, very third world-ish.The only upside is that this lot is bigger and more organized than the one across the street.

Their professionalism is by far superior to others I've come across. I have seen their operations in two different styles, valet parking and parking management.Great valet parking service. They have a plan on paper. Cameras monitoring the cars and onsite service. Great for any occasion.Great parking management. They have a parking lot by the border. Always in service with a backup plan to accommodate unforeseen situations. They recently added Purple Heart parking for free.

Plenty of parking available here. The parking surface is not in good shape with plenty of potholes all around. It seems fairly secured and is within walking distance to the international bridge. The rate for cars is 7 dollars per day and for trucks is 15 dollars. To cross the pedestrian bridge is 1 dollar or 25 pesos.
