An elegant, modern, and affordable condominium in the best location in VallartaAmazing brand new, spotless condo only 2 blocks from the beach (Los Muertos Beach, a Heaven on earth!). My partner and I go there every year to relax away from the concrete walls of Chicago.This new apartment is very spacious with 2 full baths, one large bedroom, and large living room with enough room for additional 2 or 3 guests. It got all the amenities (full kitchen, high speed internet and wifi, unlimited access to movies, tv shows on Netflix and sports channels)We really appreciated the water filtration system and the very quiet new air conditioner. There’s a stackable washer and dryer too included inside this condominium.The rooftop amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) is amazing and worth every penny you’ll spend. I highly recommend this place and the staff is very friendly and helpful with 24 hours gated building. There is even a parking space and storage available with this unit.Ask for Aaron or Salvador, you’ll be in very good hands, we are planning to go back soon to Puerto Vallarta and in the same condo stay for 2 weeks.FrankChicago

This condominium is a great place to stay with beautiful views of the beach from the rooftop pool. The air conditioner is quiet unlike other condos where we stayed before. The Jacuzzi, gym and the patio are a big plus. The condo got 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen with a water purification system.There are literally dozens of excellent international restaurants and coffee shops in this beautiful neighborhood. The streets around the building are filled with music, dancing, and theatrical performances. This is a premier vacation destination in Puerto Vallarta and is highly recommended

The location is impeccable!Having stayed at many Airbnb's, I can say without doubt that this was by far my best ever Airbnb experience. The location is impeccable! Yasmin is a very friendly host, and she was very helpful and flexible. The property is on the 4th floor, it’s very quiet in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a huge open living room space with sofas, a dining table, 2 full bathrooms, a master bedroom, a large kitchen area fully equipped with everything you need, a washer and dryer and a cool balcony with enough space for everyone.As much as we love the beach, we spent most of my time lounging around the rooftop pool with spewing views of the bay.This is the coolest neighborhood in the city. It has a walkable street and close to Puerto Vallarta Malecon and the beach. There is an endless array of cool restaurants, shopping places and markets, and everything else you could want on the same block. It's easy to take a bike ride or a walk downtown, and there is easy access to get out of town.

I had a wonderful vacation staying at this lovely apartment rental in Puerto Vallarta. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the beach, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a park. It truly made my stay convenient and enjoyable.The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the living area was comfortable and cozy. I especially appreciated the air conditioning on those hot and humid days.One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to go for a swim or relax on the sand whenever I wanted. I also loved being close to the shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the city and try out different local cuisine.In addition, the apartment was located near a park, which was a great place to go for a morning jog or just relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. It was truly a peaceful and serene place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The access to the beach, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and park made it the perfect location for my vacation, and I'm sure it will be for yours too.JP

We will definitely book this condo again in our next stay in PVOur first time booking with Airbnb, and we were super happy. The room is modern and very clean with a bunch of amenities. The rooftop pool is very nice, we spent the mornings on the beach and in the evening on the pool. The parking underground was very affordable as we rented a car and then folded it’s not even needed; everything is walking distance. The locals are hospitable and friendly. Martin and Aaron are great hosts, very welcoming, kind and gracious.Great 1 bed 2 bath new condo in best part of the old downtown area “Zona Romantica”. We had a pleasant stay and experience there. Starting from the great service of our host Aaron and a late check out accommodation at no extra cost. Martin at the front desk is a super host and very helpful. This condo has way too many amenities compared to other places where we stayed before. We liked the full laundry room inside the condo which is a great bonus. We would definitely book this condo again in our next stay in PV.Nothing but the best !Thank you
