Offerings at this Yoga practice are comprehensive and range from beginner to advanced. Donation based, anyone can improve their practice there. Clean, smelling fine, restful, relaxing and calm by the sea, you can smell the surf and right in back you can stroll directly to the unspoiled beaches of Baja. Views are abundant and beautiful. Jen Keene, the proprietor is an inspiring example of wellness and she is doing some things with yoga I had never seen before. I don't think they have a phone but Jen is on Messenger. Highly recommend this oasis in slightly populated part of N. Mexico.

This yoga studio is one of the main reasons I returned to Punta Banda. The teachers are very personable and every class I’ve attended has been outstanding with just the right mix of mind, body, and spirit. The classes are the highlight of my day!
