Absolutely not, the atmosphere is uncomfortable, I can’t even ask a simple question without getting a mean look and unenthusiastic response. With that being the only 5-11 in Laredo, it makes me never want to come back to again. Honestly should have asked for the clerks name but I just wanted to checkout and leave.

18:51 and the doors are locked. Employee standing at register and makes the sign to me, not open. Pretty sure the hours say 20:00.

Glad to see 5.11 come to Laredo, Texas. The store is stocked with everything you need. Their customer service was amazing. Look forward to visiting again and again.

I Read a couple comments before doing mine I just want to say they have a fitting room and not all the pants are the same they all have different material so go to the fitting room and try them on before you go home being mad at yourselfSo went to shop today it was great they I asked if I needed help from the beginning and they also asked when I was looking for pants which I appreciate they were very friendly and I think them for it I will definitely be back soon

Very helpful staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped with finding my particular product. Fitting rooms ARE OPEN, so I was able to try on and purchase. Lots of products with more inventory coming in as well, as I was told.

The store has a lot of products, from clothing to accessories, for both man and women. A little bit on the pricey side IMAO, but really good quality.
