GREAT GUY, GREAT GUIDEI’ve fished with Luis Vargas multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Luis focuses on inshore fishing with light to medium tackle. He’s very willing to listen to his clients and to accommodate their wishes. He even took us out with fly fishing gear (ours) to target fish on the surface. Highly recommend!!
