CIBanco Morelia Camelinas

This bank is terrible. We took our time to go there and open an account. We even had a friend come so that we can help the speak the language properly and make sure everything ran smoothly. They made us jump through hoops to get a piece of paperwork that they should not have needed. After we gave them the paperwork promptly (even though we should not have had to give it to them) they ignored our emails for weeks. We had to physically go to the bank to speak to the person to find out why we have not heard back from the bank. Once we got to the bank the person acknowledged that he was receiving my emails and just didn't feel like responding back. We were also told that our paperwork was in the hands of another co-worker and that was his department and we would have to wait for him. We contacted them again a few weeks later and they told us we would be better off opening an account somewhere else. These people wasted our time, our resources and were completely useless. I would never recommend this to anyone.
