I am a seasoned skipper and have chartered with many companies in the past. A few months ago, I met Dream Yacht’s Head of Customer Experience, Edouard, at an event. His passion for customer centricty convinced me to give Dream Yacht a shot for my next trip that I was planning in La Paz.From my arrival at the base in La Paz, the Base manager, Ernesto, his staff, and the crew on board, made my trip memorable. I will definitely be booking again with Dream Yacht.

DYC LaPaz is excellent!Base manager Ramon is very professional, provides good communication using whatsapp and a man of high integrity.All DYC deck hands are helpful, friendly and they went out of their way to help us with trash, docking and service. The people at DYC LaPaz made our experience richer and more enjoyable reducing stress.Costa Baja Marina is world class. The scenery and layout are stunning. There are restaurants, store, free wifi, beautiful resort, the design breaks the wind for docking.Our boat 2017 Lagoon 42 Voyager was in immaculate condition. Everything worked perfectly and it was equipped with plenty of extras that made our 11 day sail more enjoyable. The freezer froze so well we had 2 bags of ice and 2 Popsicles left over at the end of the trip. Fans throughout, water maker, Kayak mount, well labeled everything. This boat has been well maintained its entire life. We will be back!

My wife and I have been chartering sailboats for over 30 years. The experience we had at Dreamyachts, and with Julian, is simply the best ever. The boat we chartered was 10 years old, but every system on it still worked perfectly. The support from Julian and his team made us feel so appreciated. He took care of everything we needed. Now, the bar is set very high for the next time we charter somewhere else. Tank you!

Great experience working with Ramon and the DYC team in Costa Baja, BCS. The weather was perfect, the boat ran well and the marine life was over the top. Lots of dolphins, seals and manta rays made the trip one of a kind. The snorkeling east of San Evaristo was epic. We'll be back.

Ramon and his crew were excellent ambassadors for the area. They made sure the boat was ready and prepared for sailing. You will not find a better area to sail with marine life in abundance, fabulous hikes and an abundance of vistas. You gotta go!

I just noticed that the DYC base was the one in La Paz, which is a sister company of DYC in Nassau, where I chartered from. I will attach my Nassau base review, as I have no doubts that the Amazing experience we had in Bahamas, would be similar to La Paz, Which is in my Wish list for 2023!For the Nassau Base:Excellent communication since day one. Eliane Bies went above and beyond answering ALL my questions for months and I mean it, there were LOTS of them! Always responded in a timely, respectful and joyful manner, enticing us even more to charter from them.A few days before embarkation day, my initial boat had some repairs to be done and they sent me an email informing about the upgraded boat. (From a Bali 4.0 to a Lagoon 450F). Great upgrade and knowing that you are chartering a mechanical piece, it is understandable that some things can unexpectedly change. DYC was very responsible in the upgrade.The staff: AMAZINGLY GREAT!!! I have no words to appreciate enough Tyson (200% out of 100%) went over every detail and answered ALL my questions I had written in advance. He even appreciated that I had them all! What an Amazing human being!!!The rigging guy, Stanley (if I remember correctly) went over all the rigging and even set some preferences beforehand! Isn't that giving the extra mile?.Justin, the chart briefer, obviously knows his stuff. My crew was my wife and daughters so I asked everything you can imagine in regards to safety While sailing Exumas... Wonderful briefing!!!Matt, the marina manager happened to be around at my departure and was kind enough to get to work and help us to get the shorepower and lines off and into the boat while asking how everything was going with interest. Did the same thing when we arrived. Amazing attention!While sailing south, the only inconvenient we had was with the VHF radio (again, these are mechanical issues that could happen in your own well care taken boat), and since I had no cell phone service, we headed to Norman's Cay Marina and started sending texts to Tyson. Even when other boaters said: Good luck if someone answers" this guy was Super responsible and as soon as my messages got out with the intermittent signal

Très belle équipe chez Dream Yacht La Paz.Nous avons loué un Dufour 412 GL. Les sites sont superbes, il manquait un peu de vent en journée, bien plus soutenu la nuit ; mais c’est la saison estivale qui veut ça.L’équipe et les techniciens sont efficaces et compétents. Ernesto, Javier et notamment Julian vous donneront tous les conseils pour profiter de la Costa Baja. Ils ne comptent pas leurs heures et sont très arrangeants.Bateau en excellent état, propre, tout est fourni.A conseiller vivement
