This park is definitely one of the best - it is so large it can be overwhelming but I'd still encourage anyone to take their time, just maybe make a plan. There is a ton to see and a heavy emphasis on Mayan culture and flora/fauna. Some of the exhibit areas were really well done - the aviary reminded me totally of Jurassic Park.Nice expansive gift shop at the end - great for a leisurely browse if you like that sort of thing.Warning once inside the prices are HIGH.. we got a fruit drink type thing and it ended up being about $14 CAD.Would come back if I was in the area - tons to do and lots of nice places to chill out and relax, or go on more adventurous things if you want.One star off as I just can't get behind the dolphin enclosure areas.. just seems cruel and they swim around looking quite depressed until it is time to work. Not my favorite thing to see.TIPS:Wear comfy shoesBring sunscreenBring a change of clothesThey have lockers for swimming activitiesBring a water bottle (or a few)

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The show at the end is worth watching. You will NEVER regret visiting here!!It is a big park so if you Plan on visiting make sure you wear comfortable shoes. If you need a stroller for your little ones, they have areas to rent strollers for the day.This is and ALL DAY activity from 7ish AM until 9PM.There are two time slots for when ever you want to leave is you arrive via bus transportation it sit around 4PM and 9PM.Comment questions if you have any, I’ll gladly answer them!!

experience shouldn't be missed. Arrive early and stay the whole day. I started my day l with water activities: 3 rivers One river was a bit hard because you exercise way more. That river is the Manatees. Don't worry about a locker, you will get free locker, no extra charge.The park has wonderful and easy paths, color coded.We bought the basic ticket it include lunch only once and can't enter restaurants twice at the same day.Please note that every attraction need ti pay extra, for example speedboat or swim with dolphin.... and many other activities you meed to pay lot of extra money.The free tour most for families, and it more relaxed, for more then need to pay.We went to explore(couple) and it was moreFun:)May was not crowded to wait for attractions so I maximized the use of the day. Plan ahead your route and make wonderful memories.

Visited this park on the last day of our vacation. This would be perfect for those folks with kids. It’s built mainly around 3 rivers that run through the park. If you are not planning to enter the river, then you might feel that the entrance fee is too expensive as the land activities are not that great. There’s an aviary and a butterfly pavilion which were nice. There was a horse show which was nice. The espectacular night show was amazing and beautiful performances by all the artists. Would definitely recommend staying for this show. Overall, the entrance fee seemed pricey for what the park offers.

This park is amazing! I would suggest looking up online what they offer and figure out the best spots to do first. They have everything from Rivers, Ruins, Shows, beach, aquarium, buffets. Everything is color coordinated and we decided to hit every area and do a little bit of each area. After walking the park and taking pics we ate lunch and finished off in the rivers and beach until it was time for the final show. Remember the park is huge and lots to do. Many spots close like 5 or 530 and final show if you purchase at 7pm. Pretty impossible to do everything in one day. Each Floating River takes about 45 minutes to complete. So therfore we did about 25 minutes each river in order to have time for other things. They even have workshops that also takes about 45 minutes. So again. Lots to do!

Loved this park and cannot wait to go back! It was adventure, culture and sooooo much to do. I definitely needed to stay for a few days but I went as part of a cruise excursions and it just wasn't enough time. My guide Javier was AMAZING! He's so kind and helpful. I love their idea for a picture package, but I wish that I would know where they would be so I can prep. Lots of my pictures were no good but still a phenomenal experience. Already planning a trip in the next few years to stay longer.

Es un lugar muy familiar, excelente para pasar un día de diversión con la familia, amigos o pareja. Recomiendo ir temprano para aprovechar al máximo el tiempo y alcanzar a hacer varias actividades. Nota: recuerden llevar un cambio para estar más cómodos luego de las actividades acuáticas :)

Un lugar muy bonito y de mucho caminar porque es muy grande. No recomiendo que vayan con bebes o niños muy chiquitos, porque no lo disfrutan. Los ríos una belleza y el espectáculo de la noche maravilloso. Hace mucho calor, lleven sus abanicos.Vayan a enjuagarse a tiempo porque luego hay mucha gente formada y llevar un cambio para el espectáculo de noche.

It's a really nice place. It is pricey but is good. It is a full day activity since it is really big. So I plan to be here from 8am to 10pm. They have about 5-7 restaurants around the area. You can see birds and butterflies as well they have the sea area where you can see the turtles and sharks. The restaurant is buffet style with lots of options. The park is full and is very hot so I do not recommend it for little kids. I saw a lot of kids crying about being tired of walking as well as being hot.
