Pacifico Beach Club
Wow. This place is absolutely stunning. It blew our mind the first time we went so we made sure that we brought our friends here when they arrived. The sunset is incredible, the place is spotless, and there is a separate pool and play area for kids!! BUT the reason for this review is the service. The moment we walked in, Fernando and Gaberiel made us feel like we were famous! They set my family up with a shaded area so we could order drinks and eat. Then when we wanted to be near the kids pool, they set us up over there with a smile on their face. They are seriously just so sweet! We came here 3 days of our 6 day stay! The red beers were incredible too;) We are coming back for Thanksgiving week and will he bringing everyone coming with us HERE again!

Pacifico Beach Club
Our family visited the Pacifico Beach Club several times over the past month. Each and every time our service and experience was exceptional. The staff that we dealt with is exceptional led by Israel, Oliver, Oliver and Vanessa. We could not have enjoyed our experience more!!!!!!!!

We loved this beach club! This is the place to come to watch the sunset and have a nice dinner. The service was great and we enjoyed our food. The manager Omar was very helpful and attentive.

We had the most fantastic afternoon at Pacifico! Cesar, Israel, and their whole team made for the most memorable experience with their warmth, attentiveness and signature catch phrase that “anything is possible!” The beach could not have been more gorgeous but the service at Pacifico made the night one we will never forget!

The service was over the top. Drinks came out very fast, and the family was checked up on frequently. Due to heavy orders during the 1 pm lunch rush, wait time for our entrees was longer than expected. Female staff told us our meal would come out in 5 min… 30 min later we still waited for arrival. We were not in a huge rush and all the dishes we ordered were exceptional.

We recently stayed at a nearby property with access to Pacifico Beach Club. We really enjoyed coming here to watch the sunsets by the famous Whale Tail. Our last night happened to be the night of the Oscars and they had everything decorated for a special Oscars watching party, complete with a special menu. We had a lot of fun hanging out and watching the Oscars while enjoying delicious food. Their menu has a ton of options, including many gluten free and even vegan options. One note, they have gluten free pizza but they make it fresh so you have to allow 90 minutes. I would call ahead and order or if you are going to be there hanging out for awhile, just be sure to preorder. All of the waiters were very friendly too. Also, if you are there, check out the bathrooms, very clean and spa-like. They also have this honey soap that smells divine.
