Pulse Bike

I cannot say enough good things about this brand, my bike, and the customer service! I bought the rebel version on the recommendation of my stepdad, who already owned on and loves it himself. The bike is outstanding, i don’t own a car and I fully rely on my bike for work and for life. Not only does it get my everywhere, I have carried groceries on it, bags of laundry, and now my work bags and it is easy to do any of those things. It is so beautiful and works so well, and I get stopped and asked about it almost everywhere I go. I live in Tulum where a bike is a must, but I personally could not rely on a regular bike to get everywhere I need to go. The pulse bike ( I have the black one) gets me all over the town, from the beach road to downtown with no problems. But the best part of this brand is the customer service, any issue I’ve ever had (that has nothing to do with the bike but outside factors) they have solved so quickly, with so much help, everytime. They truly have the best customer service I’ve ever come across in my life, way better than any customer service I have had to deal with in America. My boyfriend and I love the bike so much we are planning on getting a second when we can! If you are considering this bike, I would absolutely get it!
