Ryan is a great instructor for people of all ages!

Ryan was a great surf instructor! Our family of 4 had never surfed before and Ryan taught us the fundamentals. All four of us had our own boards for the entire 2 hour lesson. The two kiddos (14 and 11) got up right away and surfed out by the 2nd sandbar. My wife and I improved along the way and had a great experience. The night before we also commissioned Ryan to give us a Texas style Beach Bonfire, well worth it! Ryan made our South Padre Island experience an even better one with these two events.

Ryan is great. My son surfed like a pro at his first lesson with Ryan and he enjoyed it very much.

I had such an awesome experience with Ryan! I’ve taken several surf lessons before and he is definitely the kindest and most knowledgeable & enthusiastic instructor I’ve had. He went above and beyond in helping me understand the mechanics of surfing and how to read the waves. He was also really responsive and easy to get ahold of when I wanted to book a last minute lesson. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for lessons!!
